Arizona DUI Blog Has New Look

If you haven't visited our Arizona DUI blog since yesterday you will notice some significant cosmetic changes. Finally our blog again matches our Arizona DUI Lawyer website. You will also notice that our polls are back. After weeks of fighting with the template we are finally back to the business of content. We intend to focus more closely on Arizona DUI law, now that the governor has signed into law the nation's most punative misdemeanor DUI laws yet, which surpass only last year's AZ DUI laws. Get ready for the era of the average DUI sentence for a first offense being upwards of 10 days in jail.

We also intend to concentrate on local Arizona DUI issues, and focus on jurisdictions in addition to Maricopa County and the Phoenix area. We will keep our eye on changes in Tucson DUI procedures, on the DUI jury trends in Yuma, on judicial time constraints in Prescott DUI cases, and on just about anything and everything else drunk driving related in Arizona.
