Could I be wrong? Taxi evidence may mean new Arizona DUI law's work

I may be wrong. Those who know me know that I have consistently maintained that the tough new Arizona DUI laws would pose absolutely no deterrent value to would-be impaired drivers. If this Fox news report is correct and the increase in taxi cab business since the enactment of AZ's new tought DUI laws is a direct result of the new laws, then maybe I stand corrected.  I will wait to see the hard data.
